The company has a culmination of over 10 years' experience in the real estate industry. The Founder is experienced in commercial real estate acquisitions, funds management, research and investment management.

In his role at Ferradini Property Group, Pranay is responsible for overseeing the investment operations, policy and strategy of the company.
Possessing exceptional commercial acumen, he has exceeded the expectations of overseas stakeholders in his first investment by 43.6% within the first 12 months of the investment life term.
Pranay was employed as an Asset Manager for 5 years with an established local commercial property services firm with over A$300m under management. Pranay obtained a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from the University of Queensland, majoring in Real Estate and Development.
Initially an assistant Asset Manager mid-2012, Pranay’s commitment to excellence culminated in his promotion to Asset Manager in February 2013. Pranay was responsible for the management of over A$85m worth of assets with 16 assets ranging in value from a A$2m industrial freehold property to a A$22m mixed use multi-tenanted commercial office and retail asset. He managed all the lease management, facilities management, capital expenditure and daily operations of these properties, as well as the cash flow income and expense budgeting for the financial outgoings.
Prior to graduation, Pranay worked for national property consultancy company Urbis, as a student economist for 12 months, where he gained extensive exposure to planning and feasibility of some of the most prominent commercial projects in Queensland. Additionally, in 2012 Pranay was appointed President for the University of Queensland Real Estate and Development group, successfully growing this organisation from five members to a core team of over 30 real estate and development students. Pranay attended Hilton College, a secondary school located in the KZN Midlands of South Africa, and has a strong commitment to excellence, being a school and provincial (state) cricket and hockey representative.
